Air Source Heat Pump
How does an air source heat pump work
The technology is very similar to how a fridge works but in reverse. Heat is transferred from the outside of your home to inside, even when it's really cold out they will work perfectly well in temperatures as low as -20°C. They are equipped with an internal defrost cycle system which allows them to operate in all seasons.
An ASHP has very few parts and require much less maintenance than a standard gas, oil or LPG boiler and can last for 25 years or more, making them a very good investment.
